JAC & ASOC is an argentine company specialized in engineering and services for transportation infrastructure. Founder in 2013 by Engineer Jorge A. Clemente who has 30 years of experience. JAC & ASOC. was created to meet the demands and requirements from the entities and institutions that place their trust in it, foreseeing in the near future to expand its activities to other fields of engineering.

Civil engineer specialized in the development of transportation infrastructure projects regarding planification, coordination, inspection and execution of new works and renewal keeping operative the transportation service.
Throughout his nearly 30-year career he has held various positions in the public sector and also for the private sector both national and international. Between 1988 and 1993 has excelled as Head of Department Engineering Works in Buenos Aires Subways, between 1994 and 1995 he has worked in planning new projects in Metrovias, between 1995 and 1999 he was Technical Coordinator of works in Techint renewing railroad tracks in lines "B" and "C" of Buenos Aires Subways.
As of August 1999 he became director of the consulting firm Electrowatt Engineerig Switzerland belonging to Finnish Group Pöyry, with whom he has worked on many Infrastructure Transportation projects (Metros and Railways) in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico, etc.
During 2013 Ing. Clemente has created his own company “Jorge A. Clemente y Asociados SRL” (JAC & ASOC), focusing on Technical Assistance - Engineering - Technical and Commercial Representation of different companies. Some highlights of the works that the company has done to date are: Engineering for track renewal in Section 6 of the FFCC Mitre Buenos Aires-Rosario / ADIFSE for UTE Dycasa-Mako-Rottio ; Track improvement between Caucete and Albardón, FFCC San Martin Province of San Juan / BCyL for Procon Constructora SRL ; Improvement in rail yard Paso de los Libres Station, FFCC Urquiza -. Province of Corrientes / BCyL for UTE HORMICON-PROOBRA ; Provision and Supervision of the Mounting of Aluminum Third Rail in Mitre Line -ADIFSE for the British company Brecknell Willis group Wabco ; Trade Representative for Duro Felguera Rail provision of ADV ; Trade Representative EPRI SA for the provision of train wash tunnels
During 2011-2013 he was member of the Board of the Swiss-Argentine Chamber of Commerce, between 2011 and 2014 has been President of the Finnish-Argentine Chamber of Commerce and also founding member of the Argentine Association of Tunnels
